Our Mission

We are a warm and welcoming residence for people at the end of life, which provides professional and compassionate care in a place to spend meaningful time with loved ones.

The Fairfield County House is a residence that allows people on a hospice benefit to receive care from their qualified hospice provider, with support from our in-house care team.

Fairfield County House (FCH)

is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in

2012 dedicated to filling the

gap in the delivery of care

for those receiving hospice services.

We are licensed as assisted living facility by the CT Department of Health.
