Fairfield County House is a warm, and compassionate residence for loved ones as they near the end of life.
We look forward to hearing from you, setting up a tour of the house and walking you through the various services we provide.
Ask a Nurse
When considering a hospice, you may have several questions for a registered nurse. We have set aside some time every week when you can call and get the answers you need, directly from a registered nurse. Please feel free to reach out if we can help.
Call in on Friday's from 12 - 2 PM
Schedule a Virtual Tour
It’s not always possible to come to Fairfield County House and walk through the residence in person. In that case, we suggest scheduling a Virtual Tour. You can set up an appointment to be taken on a tour of the house remotely, via Facetime or Skype.
"My dad had been in and out of hospitals/rehabs for a couple of months due to complications from his dementia. When he went to FCH he felt like he was back home…which was such a blessing for us. Please, if you’re faced with difficult choices at the end of a journey for your loved one, don’t hesitate to choose FCH."
