Fairfield County House is a warm, and compassionate residence for loved ones as they near the end of life.
We look forward to hearing from you, setting up a tour of the house and walking you through the various services we provide.
Ask a Nurse
When considering a hospice, you may have several questions for a registered nurse. We have set aside some time every week when you can call and get the answers you need, directly from a registered nurse. Please feel free to reach out if we can help.
Call in on Friday's from 12 - 2 PM
Take a Virtual Tour
It’s not always possible to come to Fairfield County House and walk through the residence in person.
In that case, we suggest watching our Virtual Tour video.
"My dad had been in and out of hospitals/rehabs for a couple of months due to complications from his dementia. When he went to FCH he felt like he was back home…which was such a blessing for us. Please, if you’re faced with difficult choices at the end of a journey for your loved one, don’t hesitate to choose FCH."
